Court Royal Developments are looking for sites with potential for our assisted living and nursing home developments. We are often able to unlock difficult sites where normal housebuilders may struggle with planning consent. For example, on sites with access constraints, highways and parking issues, affordable housing etc, we can often provide a solution and bring added value.
Our main area of operation is within Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset. However, we will look at any opportunity within the South & South East of England .
We encourage introductions by agents and direct contact with land owners and pride ourselves on responding to opportunities quickly. We offer full engagement terms or introductory fees to those agents who successfully introduce sites to us.
Requirements:
- 1 - 5 acres in size, preferably with level surface
- Close to shops and facilities to meet everyday needs
- Within close proximity to public transport
- Located within South and South East of England
- Sites located within the built up area and on the urban fringe
- Opportunities with or without planning permission
- Development land constrained by Thames Basin SPA
- Sites with access issues

We understand the importance of using an experienced Planning Consultant to assist us in achieving the full added value of schemes by minimising the impact of affordable housing and other planning requirements. We have therefore retained the Barton Willmore Planning Partnership to act for us. Barton Willmore is a national name in planning who have successfully obtained many planning permissions in our core area of retirement and assisted living.
